A&E Housing Group is a California corporation that was established in 2021 for the purpose of providing a full-service management firm for various ownership structures. The principles of the corporation have been in the Real Estate Management field for over 25 years.
Subsidized Housing
We are experienced in managing and implementing the Section 8 programs, Tax Credit bond financing, 202, 236 and Below Market Interest Rate (BMIR) units. We are also competent in the execution of the administrative and physical inspection programs that relate to the administrative and physical program applications.
Private owners
We service private homeowners who’s desires are to have a full-service management agent oversee their personal property’s.
